What is  Flascomp?

 Due to our long experience in catering we were able to solve the problem of measuring the liquid level in bottles and other containers. The two main reasons for this problem were inaccuracy and time consumption during the delivery, shift change and also the inabillity of making spot checks.

As a result of our long experience in catering and our natural requirement for work process optimization a new product called Flascomp was invented.

Current measurement methods available on the market did not meet our needs orthe needs of commercial inspection with regard to performing spot checks measuring the alcohol volume of more expensive liquids which have lower sales on our market than the cheaper ones. More detailed information concerning available measuring products is described below, in the progress conception section.

Therefore we designed a solution that removes these limitations dramatically. Especially concerning measuring speed and accuracy.

Initially we faced the problem of variation of particular containers. After discovering that these variations were minimal we decided to use scales (2g tolerance). We developed our own software and all the measurments at that time were manually uploaded on a PC. The final product contains a one-chip processor and a weighing mechanism in accordance with our utilit  design (s. utility desing)

As soon as it was used , the positive benefits were obvious. After staff were taught how to use Flascomp the time spent on measuring decreased by 90%. The main advantages of this new product are simplicity, reliability and clearly readable illuminated display. Overall, it decreased all inaccuaracies caused either by the human factor or imperfect systems of other out-of-date methods to a minimum. Thanks to high accuracy it is possible to monitor undesirable mixing of alcohol with other liquids and authenticate liquids, especially suitable for commercial control needs.
